  1. From 5190.6 B '4.3. The Duration of Federal Grant Obligations. Federal obligations relating to the use, operation, and maintenance of the airport remain in effect throughout the useful life of the facilities developed under the project, but not to exceed 20 years. In cases where land was acquired with federal assistance under AIP, the federal land obligations remain in perpetuity."
These two want to ignore federal laws so someone can make a buck off of it? whats next legalizing robbery?
Land was purchased with AIP money. the rest of the land was donated by local families with the intention of having an airport. Is there no respect for the families who made this great donation? What if they donated land for a city park and the current regime wanted to make it a pig farm?
